(1) After the expiry of the specified time for withdrawing names according to sub-section (2) of section 7, the election officer shall prepare a list of the remaining candidates and publish one copy immediately in his office and send one copy to the commission.
(2) The name of the candidate shall be written in Nepali alphabetical order in the list according to sub-section (1) and if the candidate is nominated on behalf of a party, the name of such party shall also be mentioned in his address.
